I filed a lawsuit against this business and won. They DESTROYED my vehicle and admitted they tow all front wheel vehicles incorrectly. And since the lawsuit, ive had MANY people reach out to me letting me know Rodney Kilgore either destroyed their car, threatened them, or tried to beat them up. I am not sure who the owner is but first the dispatcher need to listen to the customer when they are talking and not be so rude. Secondly, they charged for several service call when the job was not complete. The first mechanic who came out the first time didn't fix the issue had to have him come back he still didn't fix the issue nor was he prepare with any tools or the items that was told that we need. Shady business practices! Being in an automobile accident is challenging enough but this wrecker service is awful. Insurance arranged a time for us to clear our belongings from our totaled vehicle but upon checkin in with Monteagle Wrecker Service, we were told we had to pay several hundred dollars before we could gain access to our vehicle. Our insurance company was already covering this.
