Can’t even bother connecting me with a therapist. I called over an hour ago and re called just now waited on hold for like 5 minutes and then got hung up on. My PCP and EDCare in colorado referred me to place and I can’t even get a response back. Don’t bother.
The RCs are not qualified to be around eating disorder patients and are a detriment to the recovery process. The head of this place, Amy Mazzola, is only a social worker and should not be the director of such an institution as Laurel Hill. She does not care about addressing the needs of the patients there and is only concerned about her needs as “executive director”.
