I and my local gunshop have tried multiple times to reach them through email and phone to no avail. My action is very rough and will not eject the case from the chamber reliably. I just want it fixed. I have had to contact a local gunsmith to evaluate for repairs. This should have never shipped to a customer with this issue.

My X2 in 243 win is super accurate and the fit and finish on the rifle is far superior to other rifles in the same price point. I love it! Next is one in 280 AI hopefully
Bought an X 3. It wouldn’t eject the bullet. Tried to get in touch with Montana Rifle. No response or reply. The local dealer refunded my money.
i dont believe they can --the customer service is beyond poor i have never seen so much arrogance ---completely rude just go with a Borden or McWhorter they will go above and beyond and bend over backwards for you
