They did an amazing job cleaning our house for inspection. We also received multiple calls to keep us up to date and make sure everything was going well!
They cleaned my carpet before holidays dec 2015 and came back to fix areas and did my move out in July 2016. We passed and they were amazing. I don’t know what that one negative person is talking about. Monster does a great job!

I had a terrible experience with monster. My house was not clean and they forgot my move out appointment. Broke an outlet and we're rude. Worst experience ever. I've never failed a house inspection cleaning myself and heard great things about this company and thought that will make life easy but boy was I wrong. If I could give negative stars I would. Crappy customer service and cleaning. Don't waste your money! Failed move out and now paying housing.
Highly recommend Monster. They fit us in over the weekend, pretty much last minute. Very responsive, helpful and friendly.
