Monster cleaning was very accommodating as our date moved back a day for everything. They were able to come out and do our move out cleaning in one day. We live on Fort Bliss and I was worried housing would try and charge a ton but after monster cleaning was done we owe $0 to our housing company. Man I really hate giving a bad review. But here goes. We scheduled an appointment with them for Thursday March 16th at 12:00. Around 12:30 I called them and he said he was having fuel pump problems and "was about to call me." He wanted to see if I could reschedule for Friday. I said that wouldn't work. He said give him a few and he would call me and let me know. I said I need to know within the hour. He still has yet to call me back. A f*^%ng 1! Did an outstanding job put in 12 hours on my house! Housing came through for the inspection and asked who did our cleaning we said monster and it was the quickest inspection I ever done! Their name speaks for itself! They even installed a few things I had left out without asking! Definitely recommend them if your pcsing or etsing!!! Red stains no problem!!
