I loved them! Passed our move out inspection today thanks to Monster Carpet & Cleaning! They did an awesome job on our move out cleaning and were able to help with a little carpet repair I had to do. I would highly recommend them for your carpets and detailed cleaning!

My dog had contracted parvo and began vomiting in my daughters room at 3 am. We called monster the following afternoon and they came right over. Anyone who has had a dog with parvo knows that smell. After they cleaned the carpet, you couldn't see or smell there was a dog potentially dying. Side note, the dog lived. Rush to the vet and continuous hydration of pedialyte down her throat w a Turkey baster every 45 min for two days. She is my miracle dog. And they are miracle cleaners.
They will show up late, stay for 30 minutes and then all of a sudden they are told they have to leave. Total waste of time and now I have to book with someone else last minute. Totally unprofessional.
they did an amazing job with my carpets that were what I thought to be beyond saving. They were fast and efficient and came on final inspection for clearing housing to ensure the self clean was passing. I highly recommend them!
On Valentine's Day we returned from lunch to find my disabled mom's bedroom flooded.Beto & Iris pulled up the carpet, sucked out water, placed 2 blowers, replaced soaked padding, cleaned carpet & hauled away damaged padding. Dynamic duo was professional and senior citizen friendly. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with his service. Also, this gentleman worked with the temperature and sun exposure to satisfy my needs since the sun is warmest at the front of my house in the afternoon, he rescheduled me same day with no problems.
