I messaged them On FB and responded fast. Had an appointment the next day. They showed up early then time given which I am happy with. After cleaning my carpets they didnt even change the price. He kept it with what he first told me. I have never seen that happened. Much respect. Carpet looks great considering what it's been through. I will be using them from now on. They will show up late, stay for 30 minutes and then all of a sudden they are told they have to leave. Total waste of time and now I have to book with someone else last minute. Totally unprofessional.
