I had an aircon By Monroe ac split unit I purchased and they installed after 3 weeks Freon leaked out they came back and i was charged for this about $475.00 then leaked out again 3 weeks later i was charged again for freon and leak seal about $900.00 then freon leaked again 3 weeks later i left several messages Paul had emergency leaving town " not sure when Im coming back" Any ways 5 start ac llc came in and I was informed that the installation was not properly done- the old tubing a copper were not changed plus the the co... read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! My AC went out & I was laid up with a broken ankle. It was absolutely miserable! I called Monroe's & Paul was very nice & considerate & said he'd get someone out that day. A few hours later Paul called to let me know his guys were on their way. They arrived at 12:48. 10 minutes later they said they had to run back to the shop to get an electric reader ( whatever it's called) They NEVER RETURNED!! Not even the decency of a phone call!!
