After looking for recommendations online I came across Monroe Massage & Yoga and booked a 60 minute massage with Jenny. For the first time in months I’m able to turn my neck without it hurting and my shoulders aren’t so tense. She also gave me advice on what to do until my next massage. This spa is nestled away in downtown Monroe. Their atmosphere is relaxing, peaceful and calming. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. I’ll definitely be scheduling another session and recommending them to everyone!

I had a massage here today and it was wonderful! I like deep tissue massages and I definitely got one! I feel so relaxed and calm now. Tense muscles are gone! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I would recommend anything. Seriously from the chair massage to the full body, they are professional and caring of each client. You could not ask for more..
