I'm a big guy and have alot of shoulder pain. I have been getting massage therapy for 12 year's. No one comes even close to Tyler. He balances deep tissue with a therapeutic effect that doesn't leave me sour for day's. I can't recommend him anymore than that. Thank you young man!!

I attended Crystals class Yoga with Yahweh at it was an awesome time. I was very welcomed when entering and the class was very nice. I would highly recommend this to anyone !! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

I have only had experience with their outdoor yoga classes, specifically with Crystal (yoga with Yahweh). The space is soothing, the sound is clear (even outside), and Crystal is knowledgeable and so sweet. I always feel relaxed after. I would recommend to others.
The yoga classes are truly amazing! They offer so many different options and styles and ALL of the instructors are so knowledgeable and really care about their practice. They will take the time to help you during the classes if you are having trouble or not sure of something. There is definitely a class for everyone here and I would highly recommend ANY of them.
