RecommendedI attended my very first (ever) beginners yoga class last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely do it again. Tyler is an amazing instructor.
I started the beginners yoga classes with my daughters last week, and we loved it. Tyler is an awesome instructor, and is super helpful if my youngest needs an extra hand getting a pose down. Very relaxing and refreshing.
The best massage Ive ever had! So relaxing it lasted for days! Definitely worth the money!♥️♥️

Went to MMY for a free chair massage and it was great! Super friendly and knowledgable. I even got my mom to go and she said she has never had such a great massage do plan on going back in the near future and think gifting a massage for relatives would be awesome too! 100% recommend, they also have facials and other things I was unaware about. Check them out if you can!
My Sciatic nerve had really been acting up all week and I knew it I could just wait till today it would be better. Brittany really got in deep and used the CBD oil. It was an extra $5, but gracious it feels so much better now. I highly recommend her!
Tonight I went in got a quick ten minute chair massage and it was AMAZING! The staff is so kind and the service was great. I left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. The online customer service is great as well. They are very quick to respond and work well with your schedule . I highly recommend .
I must say it was wonderful to have a 60 min session with Jenny. For it to be my first time being here everything was just awesome. I felt very comfortable & relaxed. I sure will be back to see Jenny again☺️
They came to our preschool today and I had the best chair massage ever!! Definitely on my list to have done again more often. I felt so relaxed afterwards ❤️
