Absolutely amazing! I just finished a half hour reflexology appointment with Tyler. I am floating on air. I had no idea what to expect but was hoping to feel relaxed afterward. Relaxed is an understatement � I experienced such a release that the tension between my shoulders left and I feel more mobility. I highly recommend Monroe Massage Yoga and am looking forward to my next appointment.
Had my first visit the other day, my sister referred me and I'm glad she did! Tyler was great and I will definitely reccomend and will be back!

Tyler was very nice and did a fantastic job. I have a lot of lower back pain, but after I left I didn't feel any pain. I was totally relaxed!! This business deserves the highest praise!! I will definitely be going back soon.
I got my husband a massage appointment with Tyler for Valentine's day he said Tyler is extremely nice and that it was the best massage he has ever had. Hopefully we will both be back for our anniversary!
Amazing massage as always! Tyler is extremely passionate about his work and it shows. He took his time to find out where my trouble areas were and how they came about and was very good about explaining how he could help me! My whole body feels so much better after my massage! He’s seriously so knowledgeable about his work!
Ruthie is awesome! Knowledgeable and professional... if you’re like me and kill it at the gym all week you owe it to yourself to make an appointment she’s super talented at finding the problem areas and working the knots out. I encourage you to treat yourself! You’ll leave refreshed and relaxed.
