It's been seven years since my son underwent two brain surgeries to remove juvenile pilocytic astrocytoma tumors connected to his brain stem. He's now in college and doing great. Our family LOVES Vanderbilt!!!
Just left after 3 hours of not seeing a doc with my son. After I leave they call and ask if they can do anything. So disappointed!!!
My family was traveling through on the way back home when we stopped for lunch. Two older kids were goofing off (9 hour car ride) despite being told to stop. All of a sudden- BAM 5 yr olds head makes contact with the corner of the marble coffee table. I am soo thankful that we were in Nasvhille. Love this hospital. Thankful for the doctors, nurses and entire staff for taking such great care of my 8 month old grandson and diagnosing his illness so quickly. He is home now and doing great!
The children's hospital is absolutely amazing ! 2 out of 4 of my children have had surgeries here and the doctors & staff were great about explaining what was going on & keeping me informed the whole time.
