Location: **** * ************ ****, Saint Louis, MO 63139 I've been in the mechanic business for a long time until very recently. I got a flat and went into this ********. They took my tire off the wheel without asking and then came back to me and said the puncture is too close to the sidewall and they can't patch it. They said they have a tire, quoted me $98 to replace it. I'm very dissatisfied with the service at this store. My father had purchased tires at this store before. I felt like I got the run around. I purchased some tires from Autotire in Nov. 2016. I bought two. I bought another two in Jan. 2017 from the same person (the store manager). I had a problem experiencing some vibration when I drove 65-70mph on the highway. They lied to my wife and told her that her rotors needed to be replaced to pass inspection. Her car is less than 3 years old and absolutely did not need anything replaced! Brought the car to a more reputable establishment that agreed there was no issue with the rotors! Don't bring your car to these crooks!

Very disappointed in the service. Dropped my car off for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be completed in an hour. I returned nearly 3 hours later and was told it would be a few minutes more. My car was not finished for another 40 minutes. When I paid they would not offer any discount and recommended I make an appointment next time to avoid the wait. I advised an appointment was made and the employee shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. There was no apology for the wait in service.

BUYER BEWARE, Customer Beware !! This franchise should be closed down..They repeatedly scam and rip people off, Corporate doesn't really seem to care from what I gather and the District manager doesn't either.. They seem to try to adjust the basic problem , but don't go any further than they have to to resolve ongoing issues. I have been taken advantage of and ripped of repeatedly as I was apparently naive!
