Horrible service all around. Went to get an alignment done and when it was done they told me I was all good and everything was all set, then I proceeded to pay. Then when I went to drive the car directly after the alignment it was still no good and everything felt the same. I've really only used Monro for tire service, but they've ALWAYS been terrific. The guys at the Wallingford shop are courteous and professional, and their prices are more than fair. Buy tires from them, or have them install your online purchased tires -- either way, they are my go-to for tire install in Wallingford.

After I made an appointment, drove my Polaris Slingshot there over the phone. They said they can do it change my two front tires shouldn’t be a problem I get there. They were all looking at me saying they couldn’t do it. I was very mad. Find a place in New Britain it was able to do it with no problems using a jack seriously it looks like they didn’t want to work. They’re all hiding in the office. I went there because I needed an oil change badly. I walked in there, told them what I needed, and how long it would take. It was probably about half an hour, including everything else they do for free and at their prices. Along with that, many other services were included with my oil change. I went to the Wallingford, CT, location. Everyone there was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will be using them for my synthetic oil change in the future. I also highly recommend them.
