I had a tire blow out on Sat on the Merritt Parkway, which was really stressful especially since I was en route to Boston. Dan and the manager on duty were super attentive and sympathetic to my situation. In addition to mounting a new tire, they even gave me heads up on another aspect of my car that needed attention. Super grateful for their help!!

I’m from out of town and unfortunately had a flat tire. Another place down the road wouldn’t help me, and lots of places were closed on Sunday. My tire actually got a huge gash between the first place and Monro. The man at the front desk at Monro (so sorry I don’t remember your name I was so stressed!) was incredibly kind and so helpful.
