10/10, honestly. They were really quick and kept me informed about everything they were doing. They got all the work done that the car needed and did a full inspection too. They even went out of their way to fix my broken skid plate and used their own bolts to keep it up. Really appreciate the extra effort. Everything was fixed and the whole experience was great. Definitely recommend them.
Came here to have new tires mounted and balanced. My truck was on the lift at my scheduled 5PM appointment. Here we are 7PM and they’re not even done balancing them yet. Looks like a young guy working on them. At this point, I’m all set with ever coming back here. I would have thought the guy sitting behind the counter would step out and help the guy get it done, since they close at 7PM. Nope!!
Brian DeCoster and team was wonderful. The shop was totally booked today and Brian still took the time to help me, the rear tail light was burned out on my car he took 5 mins looked at it and replaced it. I am so appreciative of his time and work. He also took the time to look at my tires and price a new set for me at this same time, I will definitely be back. Its very rare to find service like this now adays.
This was my first time using Monroe. Staff are courteous and professional. I will be using Monroe for all of my auto needs.
Brian was all by himself and did oil changes on 2 cars at once. He did a great job.
