Dan was very polite and friendly, and although the wait time was a bit long, they did accommodate us for the wait. The price was reasonable and the car is running great now
refused to mount a tire on my car. Even though they did the same tire And mounted it on my car the wheat prior. first told me the week prior that the tire I had wasn’t meant for my car and basically made me feel try to make me feel like an idiot. We’re very rude and talk down to me condescendingly I ended up being correct about the tire. No apologies wouldn’t even look me in the face return the following week to have another put tire put on and now they refuse to do it.
Dan took good care of at Monroe auto service. We are happy with the service. 10 out of 10 will come again .
