Mr. Tire in NewCastle, De deserves a zero but it wasn't a choice. I bought my eighteen year old granddaughter a set of four tires in June 2018 for her birthday. I also purchased the lifetime install warranty package. She had a flat twice went back they gave her a small prorated fee to replace first one, second one was repaired, no problem. Took my car to have brake work done and when I picked it up the bumper and tread are damaged and they refuse to fix it. The district manager was supposed to call me 2-3 different times but still waiting. To say this company has bad service is an understatement! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Don’t go here at all. Customer service is terrible company is terrible over all. They charged me for new tires and put 2 different ones on causing one to leak. They used old and used parts in your vehicle and the management can’t manage for a thing. If you know what’s best for you and your vehicle you’ll go somewhere else. I called corporate they didn’t care one bit after I told them I wanted to get my proper work don’t at another location. I liked Monroe until I didn't. I liked that they did oil changes by appointment and in a timely manner. But this last oil change insured that I will never go there again. On 3/21/19 5 PM I had an appointment to have my oil changed at the Williamsville, NY Monroe Muffler Brake Store #5151635. It is also important to note that this same location did the oil change previous to this one. During the course of the oil change my oil pan was cracked. Not only did this shop misquote me for $1500 work or repairs that didn’t need to be done, not only did this shop not provide the services paid for, but it’s now been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. Terrible business and 1 star is far to generous.
