Terri sold our home in Prescott with Terri for the asking price. Selling a home can be challenging but Terri put forth 100% effort and everything went smoothly. When we were ready to purchase the next home, we used Terri's knowledge of the area. She was always available to show us homes and answer our questions. We purchased our next Prescott home with Terri and the transaction went quickly and efficiently. We love our new home!

The Monksfield team worked very well with us. Each Terri and Brian presented individual perspectives during our home hunting experience. There individual insight allowed my wife and I to really round out our decision making. Never were they pushy or demanding in contractural ways. We thoroughly enjoyed our home buying experience with Terri and Brian in our new hometown! Aside from helping us find the perfect home in Prescott, they negotiated a great deal for us. Moving to a new area meant lots and lots of questions and they were able to answer them all. Home hunting visits were usually last minute and either Terri or Brian were always available for us. We could not have had a more pleasant experience.
I fell in love with the Prescott area last summer. Terri and Brian were recommended to me by word of mouth. I lived in So Cal and couldn't spend too much time in Prescott, no problem. Terri was quick to respond and search every lil whim I came up with and had solid in-depth info on many interesting properties. She 'held my hand' thru out the entire long process and we were able to use e-signatures etc to make things happen when they mattered most.
