She is very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make herself available for showings, extremely responsive and timely in her communications and transactions, and excellent at follow-up to see that all processes are proceeding as planned. Being a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous and had a ton of questions. I didn't know anyone that could help me so I searched online a bit. Terri Monksfield is a rare gem in the real estate world. She provides very personal service and cares deeply about the people she works with. Terri is extremely knowledgeable, returns phone calls immediately, and addresses every need as it arises. My home sold quickly with her at the helm and besides taking care of everything involved in selling a home, she provided assistance with the prickly home inspection issues. I hired Brian from the Zillow listing of a home that caught my eye. I did not realize that Brian was not the listing agent. However, he was responsive and knew the neighborhood. He set up 2-3 showings of the home and I did sign a contract to purchase the home. However, a review of the CC&R's revealed that the HOA did not allow leasing the home, if I decided to do so in the future. That was a deal breaker for me. I would not hesitate to use Brian in the future.

Terri and Brian could not have been more knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I have sold 21 homes and have never had such a positive experience. If you want professional, helpful and an overall wonderful experience you should contact Terri or Brian. I just wish I could have had 1/8 the experience where I moved from as I did with Terri. Disclaimer: We only worked with Brian, so this review only applies to him. I'm not sure why we didn't also encounter Terry, but probably she was simply busy with other clients. We found Brian to be the perfect realtor to help us find a house to buy. He has an ease about him that allows him to be instantly helpful when needed but to disappear into the background when appropriate. He keeps his opinions about a property largely to himself in order not to influence the buyer's own evaluation process, yet when asked will give a ... read more

Upon first talking with Terri, I knew I wanted to work with her. She is down to earth, honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. If she hadn't been so quick to let me know about the new listing, I wouldn't have seen it quick enough to purchase. The other great thing about this husband and wife team is that they are a team, you get two people working in cooperation and that makes everything that much more efficient.
