I lived in NJ in 2014 and was thinking of moving to Prescott Valley, AZ. I used Zillow to research potential properties and ran across Terri & Brian's agency. I reached out to them, and told them about my plans to fly out to see the area in December of that year. ALWAYS THERE TO HELP. KNOWLEDGE OF PRESCOTT AREA ONE OF THE BEST. REALIZE AND APPRECIATES THE VALUE OF YOUR TIME. FIRST CONTACT WAS MADE AND WITHIN 20 MINUTES THEY WERE IN CONTACT WITH ME. THAT WAS AFTER I HAD CONTACTED THE LISTING AGENT, AND WAITED FOR 5 HOURS WITH NO RESPONSE. THEY WILL TELL YOU LIKE IT IS, AND WILL TAKE THE EXTRA STEPS NEEDED IN GETTING YOUR DEAL DONE. HAVE RECOMMENED THEM TO SISTER AND BROTHER-INLAW LOOKING TO PURCHASE IN THE AREA. WOULD RECOMMED THEM TO EVERY SERIOUS BUYER OR SELLER. THEY WORK FOR YOU.

I was asked to write this review of Terri Monksfield based on my personal experience with her as my realtor. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect and obviously I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about this process. Terri was awesome throughout the entirety of this process. Terri is honest, a great communicator, hard working, and has your best interest in mind. I was absolutely impressed with her as my realtor and I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the future.

Looking for the best real estate agent in Prescott? Read this. We have been going to Prescott from California for a couple years and finally decided that this is where we wanted to retire. She is very knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make herself available for showings, extremely responsive and timely in her communications and transactions, and excellent at follow-up to see that all processes are proceeding as planned. Terri Monksfield is a rare gem in the real estate world. She provides very personal service and cares deeply about the people she works with. Terri is extremely knowledgeable, returns phone calls immediately, and addresses every need as it arises. I hired Brian from the Zillow listing of a home that caught my eye. I did not realize that Brian was not the listing agent. However, he was responsive and knew the neighborhood. He set up 2-3 showings of the home and I did sign a contract to purchase the home. However, a review of the CC&R's revealed that the HOA did not allow leasing the home, if I decided to do so in the future. That was a deal breaker for me. I would not hesitate to use Brian in the future.
