Terri and Brian could not have been more knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I have sold 21 homes and have never had such a positive experience. If you want professional, helpful and an overall wonderful experience you should contact Terri or Brian. I just wish I could have had 1/8 the experience where I moved from as I did with Terri. Disclaimer: We only worked with Brian, so this review only applies to him. I'm not sure why we didn't also encounter Terry, but probably she was simply busy with other clients. We found Brian to be the perfect realtor to help us find a house to buy. He has an ease about him that allows him to be instantly helpful when needed but to disappear into the background when appropriate. He keeps his opinions about a property largely to himself in order not to influence the buyer's own evaluation process, yet when asked will give a ... read more

Upon first talking with Terri, I knew I wanted to work with her. She is down to earth, honest, hardworking and knowledgeable. If she hadn't been so quick to let me know about the new listing, I wouldn't have seen it quick enough to purchase. The other great thing about this husband and wife team is that they are a team, you get two people working in cooperation and that makes everything that much more efficient. We were making a move after 25 years in one house. Brian educated us on the current market, as well as mortgage options. His expert advise made getting per-qualified a breeze, a procedure we were unfamiliar with. He managed all communication between us and the buyer in a timely manner. Not only are they personable, professional Realtors they are very nice people. Brian has helped me with my last few selling and buying experiences and has been so helpful and is so patient and prompt with answering phone calls and my asking for so many details. He sold the last house I listed with him before the sign was up. Terri and Brian Monskfield were fabulous to work with when we decided to find a home of our own! We had a very specific need. We were needing something in under sixty days, we were on a very small budget and we preferred an OWC due to the uncertainty of financial institutions during these economic times.
