We were making a move after 25 years in one house. Brian educated us on the current market, as well as mortgage options. His expert advise made getting per-qualified a breeze, a procedure we were unfamiliar with. He managed all communication between us and the buyer in a timely manner. Not only are they personable, professional Realtors they are very nice people. Brian has helped me with my last few selling and buying experiences and has been so helpful and is so patient and prompt with answering phone calls and my asking for so many details. Terri and Brian Monskfield were fabulous to work with when we decided to find a home of our own! We had a very specific need. We were needing something in under sixty days, we were on a very small budget and we preferred an OWC due to the uncertainty of financial institutions during these economic times. Terri sold our home in Prescott with Terri for the asking price. Selling a home can be challenging but Terri put forth 100% effort and everything went smoothly. When we were ready to purchase the next home, we used Terri's knowledge of the area. She was always available to show us homes and answer our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our home buying experience with Terri and Brian in our new hometown! Aside from helping us find the perfect home in Prescott, they negotiated a great deal for us. Moving to a new area meant lots and lots of questions and they were able to answer them all. Home hunting visits were usually last minute and either Terri or Brian were always available for us. We could not have had a more pleasant experience.
