The plumber shows up at my house came in showed him where the problem was walks out and tells me to get somebody else how unprofessional your plumber is I had my bathroom all nice and clean for him to work on the bathroom walks out and lies to my landlord I will not recommend anybody to you guys again thanks for wasting my time. And your plumber was very rude
Well. Do not understand the legitimacy of plumbers charging customers if customers are unavailable. Mondrick, seems unavailable a majority of the time. They seem apathetic to notifying customers of appearing or not. I waited four days. Took two days-off from work. They never showed. Never called. And that's their loss, as a $1,100 piping replacement, went to another business. Which actually showed-up on the very day & time, they said they would.
