Wonderful service!!! Edith our room attendant and Elena at the front desk always attentive to any concern or request. Awesome Staff !!!
I found this place to be very serene and relaxing. The city lights and views were to die for. Cute features that went with the past theme. Look forward to their remodel. Bed was perfect for me, soft, cozy with nice linens. Staff is pleasant without being overwhelming. Room service was on time with the correct warm meal. Would recommend to anyone except for those who refuse to enjoy life, to stay with Mondrian.

Would hv to say sadly one of the worst hotels I've stayed in for service . Staff were quite rude except a few select. Facilities very run down for price . Room service was super overpriced - coffee was $9 US per cup. To top off this was kept up by 20 partying kids in room next to us- when I called reception at 2am a security guard was sent up and he was " tipped off " by the guy in room and the people stayed to party ...... after another half an hour I called and complained again and security had to come back up and only hal... read more
