El día de ayer salí de este hotel olvidando mi chaqueta con documentos importantes, hablo más tarde para pedir que me lo guardaran y resulta que la persona que limpio la habitación no lo reporto, yo me pregunto que tan confiable es el hospedarte en un hotel , donde no tienes la seguridad de salir y regresar sin que te falte algo de tus cosas y lo peor que hasta ahora no me dan respuesta y ya no contestan mis llamadas!!
Better customer service. Had a lot of issues with room
d guy at d counter was so helpful.. d room & bathroom r clean. only that they dont hv mini bar in d room. n kettle, so we hv to go to d lobby to get hot water. other than that all ok. highly recommended.
