I paid for a root canal, and a crown for a tooth. The crown came loose after a couple years. I went back to get it resealed. They refused saying I needed to have another crown put in its place. Apparently they didn’t do it right the first time. That would cost a lot of money, and of course they weren’t going to give me any discounts to get it done. I have recently moved to the far NW side of town, but I still drive the distance just to be seen at this Stone Oak location. The staff is wonderful! The doctors are all so kind and compassionate. My hygienist, Christy is probably one of the best I’ve ever seen and does a magnificent job cleaning my teeth. They offer their patients encouragement and try to figure out how to conquer barriers instead of scolding for poor habits or dental issues. My teeth and gums are the healthiest they have ever been! I don't like going to the dentist, but had a very good experience with this staff. This was my first time visiting Monarch and I totally recommend them. They were great.
The total team at Monarch Dental at Stone Ridge is outstanding. Dr. Smith is a very professional and talented dentist. He totally made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and was doing to make sure there were no surprises, pain or other issues. The reception, dental hygienist, business management, are very helpful, polite, professional, and make you feel welcome.
