Monarch has been wonderful to my son and I. Dr. Smith is so patient and good, Chrissy (I hope that is right) she too has been so good with both of us. I was so scared because of bad incident that happened at a different office and you All have been wonderful. Extremely patient, friendly and fun staff. This includes dentist, assistant, hygienist, and office personnel! They make visits that can sometimes be unpleasant more enjoyable. They put patients at ease.
Great experience. Very thorough and a very friendly and caring staff.
The people there are always polite and professional and sensitive toward my needs. The young lady who was my hygienist this time was especially nice. I hope she’s there next time. I can’t remember her name but hopefully by pulling my records she can be given my best review.
