I have been using Monarch for years. They are prompt and friendly. I went in for a cleaning yesterday. My hygienist was Christy. She was a cut above the rest. Great personality, informative, gentle yet thorough, and super efficient. It is very difficult to find a professional who possesses all the qualities Christy does. The hygienist named Christie was such a blessing to Jacob. He is a quadriplegic and cannot control the continued biting of his teeth and his muscles. Her kindness, patience and expertise to get his teeth cleaned was amazing. He actually enjoyed it. The office personnel worked hard with his funding program to set up the visit to make it go seamlessly for us. I paid for a root canal, and a crown for a tooth. The crown came loose after a couple years. I went back to get it resealed. They refused saying I needed to have another crown put in its place. Apparently they didn’t do it right the first time. That would cost a lot of money, and of course they weren’t going to give me any discounts to get it done. I asked them to try to reseal it while I put some money aside. They refused to do anything for me unless I paid to redo it all over again. I obviously will be finding a new dentis... read more

I have recently moved to the far NW side of town, but I still drive the distance just to be seen at this Stone Oak location. The staff is wonderful! The doctors are all so kind and compassionate. My hygienist, Christy is probably one of the best I’ve ever seen and does a magnificent job cleaning my teeth. They offer their patients encouragement and try to figure out how to conquer barriers instead of scolding for poor habits or dental issues. My teeth and gums are the healthiest they have ever been! The total team at Monarch Dental at Stone Ridge is outstanding. Dr. Smith is a very professional and talented dentist. He totally made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and was doing to make sure there were no surprises, pain or other issues. The reception, dental hygienist, business management, are very helpful, polite, professional, and make you feel welcome.
