I have been using Monarch for years. They are prompt and friendly. I went in for a cleaning yesterday. My hygienist was Christy. She was a cut above the rest. Great personality, informative, gentle yet thorough, and super efficient. It is very difficult to find a professional who possesses all the qualities Christy does. The hygienist named Christie was such a blessing to Jacob. He is a quadriplegic and cannot control the continued biting of his teeth and his muscles. Her kindness, patience and expertise to get his teeth cleaned was amazing. He actually enjoyed it. The office personnel worked hard with his funding program to set up the visit to make it go seamlessly for us.
