Absolutely loved my experience at Monarch!! I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed the second I walked in there. The place is very clean and cute! Kelly is super personable and very knowledgeable which made me so comfortable to get my piercing. She was very patient, took her time to explain every step during the process and so easy to talk to! They also have such a beautiful jewelry collection! So happy to have found my new piercing place :)
I went into Monarch today for the first time. I planned to get new pieces for my septum and nostril piercings. I had decided I wanted to spend a little more and get higher quality metal and gems. I appreciated their range both in style and price- as well as the quality. Kelly, the owner, was knowledgable with great customer service and feedback. Monarch was outstanding! From the moment you walk in, Courtney and Kelly make you feel at home and comfortable. Their jewelry selection is absolutely beautiful with different metals and materials to please everyone. They were also extremely patient with me while I pulled out so many pieces when deciding which jewelry worked best for me.
