I came in a few weeks ago needing help getting my nose piercing back in after my puppy ripped it out and I had an amazing experience!! Everyone was so inviting and kind and Kelly was just fantastic to work with and made me feel super comfortable (:

I knew I was good hands because I also had a friend who had prior experience here, but I was truly blown away by the experience I had with Kelly. She took so much time to make sure my desired piercing was the right fit (for my anatomy) and that I fully understood how to do aftercare. I highly recommend Monarch for not only the knowledgeable (and kind) staff, but the jewelry offered is also beautiful.
