My daughter and I went in to get new nose jewelry. There are so many beautiful options. Every style. Every price point. Kelly was beyond sweet and professional. We will be coming back!
Kelly is AMAZING! shes so sweet and makes a very welcoming environment for everyone. I reccomend her to everyone when asking for piercing shops!!! I dont remember the names of the girls at the front desk but theyre also very sweet people. altogether a beautiful and kind atmosphere. ive never left here feeling uncomfortable or unhappy.
This place is absolutely wonderful! I enjoyed my experience so much and I plan on coming back for more piercings in the future! They are extremely nice and helped me with any questions I had.
I can’t say enough good things about Monarch. I took my 8 year old to have her lobes pierced for the first time and Kelly and Corky were excellent at making sure my kiddo (and me) knew she had full control of her own appointment. Kelly walked through and explained everything perfectly and cleanliness was top notch. 10/10. Would recommend everyone have piercings done here.
