I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. I got my nose pierced somewhere else, and the flat-disc backing fell out. When I came here, they got me in and gave me SO much helpful information and helped me get the backing back in, practically pain-free. I really appreciate Kelly and her passion for her job. She’s patient, understanding, SUPER informative, and also very kind and funny!! I’ve never had such a good experience. Thank you guys!!!!

I drove from Acworth , GA to Monarch to get my 2 chest dermal’s removed today. I have to say that I was nervous before my appointment because one of my piercings had already came half way off and I was worried about the pain of removing both of them at the same time. I went for two earlobe piercings and Kelly was amazing. She was very informative as well as friendly. I highly recommend her for piercings. She was very skilled as well having 17 years of experience. The piercing was smooth as well and clean. She sanitized all the jewelry and informed me on the studs and healing process. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. 10/10
