I’ve gotten a few piercings done at Monarch and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. I really appreciate Kelly and Corky.
My almost 5-year-old has been asking to get her ears pierced, and we booked a consultation with Kelly. Corky was super helpful throughout the booking process, and Kelly was so great with my daughter during the consultation. She took her time to get to know her a bit before showing her around and talking about the process and letting her ask questions. The BEST piercing place I've ever been to. Kelly and Corky are amazing. They take their time, they're patient and they are so unbelievably kind and professional. The shop is beautifully decorated, calming and comfortable. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful. You won't find a gross, cheap earring here. They're all beautiful and it was SO hard to choose! Hands down the best experience!
Two fresh vertical labrets, done by Kelly! I love how they turned out and the experience was fantastic. Very minimal pain and everyone there makes you feel comfortable and welcome. If you're one to get nervous about getting pierced, I highly recommend coming to Monarch. I actually had a lot of fun and I don't think I've ever quite said that about visiting a piercing studio before. If you're in the chattanooga area and want your lips done, this is the place to go. Will be returning soon for my bridge.
High end beautiful jewelry and very kind, considerate staff. Highly recommend.
