Update Been seeing my therapist and Physiatrist for months and let me tell you HUGE help YOU ARE WORTH IT This place is amazing Helpful is an understatement From from desk Dania to assessment Hailey and then seeing Ruby Sidhu Would recommend this place for all your needs The more you go and take advantage of what help that they offer, the more help you get and feel so much better
I went here about a year ago. It was nice but I was dropped because I wasn’t as mentally ill as others. My therapist was nice but she mainly asked open ended questions which as someone with autism I’m not good with especially with my emotions. At the time I was very depressed and on the ledge. I’ve only had bad experiences with therapy and I’d hope this one was going to be good but it wasn’t amazing. I've always taken my mental health seriously as I have A lot of complex medical diagnoses and I believe taking care of your mind is just as important to as taking care of your body because they're connected and if your mind isn't okay, you can't expect your body to be either. Anyways, my insurance switch and I lost my previous mental health providers that I trusted so much and with of them I had such a great relationship and foundation with.
