Completely unprofessional! I'm not sure if they're understaffed, untrained or just don't care about the "patients" they agree to treat. I had a therapy appointment with Kaitlyn Kelly on July 2nd and that morning I had a really horrible headache and had to cancel a few hours prior to my appointment. I called and left a message for her. I said that I would call and reschedule. I called the next day and literally received ONLY 1 phone call back and it wasn't even from my "therapist". I called recently looking for a therapist/counseling for dealing with a death of my son in law and was criticized and told that you only care for folks with Bipolar, Schizophrenia or had been hospitalized. As the receptionist said we don't take any more people with just mental illness. Evidently of your a wreck grieving you don't matter. I will je posting on Facebook and all forms of social media to insure others don't mistaken this agency as a caring and viable option in your stable mental health journey.
absolutely the worst staff i’ve ever encountered. the therapists and psychologist are amazing but the secretary’s and the OBNOXIOUS voicemail system leave a lot of people unsure if they can get the services they need. about the voicemail system, they say to leave a clear and detailed voicemail, yet the system itself DOES NOT allow enough time to pass to speak all crucial information. right now my shrink is on medical leave until october, leaving me at the mercy of their voicemail system or incompetent staff to help me get ha... read more
