The customer service and food is awesome. Love the atmosphere.
My husband and I went into Mona Lisa's to get a Togo order first thing we were over charged by $10.00 then we get home my husbands food was great (stuffed shells) mine was the worst chicken fettuccine Alfredo I have every had prego is better and the bread sticks were under cooked but on a lighter note we both got a free drink while waiting smh never again

I have been there twice and as my second time I wasn't crazy about the server or the stuffed pizza I got, it wasn't what I expected. But it does have at home like feel. If only the service was better and the stuffed pizza tastier. I had only had the server visit us once and never asked if we needed a refill, she asked about our food but when I told her I wasn't crazy about the pizza she got an attitude.
the food was great and the service was great going back next week
