Spectacular dress Thank you for the experience. I could not have asked for a more spectacular wedding dress. I can't tell you how many jaws dropped over that Lian Carlo gown, but I wouldn't be surprised if you get a few more customers from it.
We had our own We had our own room with a little stand and mirrors which was great for us because I'm not shy about changing in front of the girls but for people who bring men along or are more shy it wouldn't be as convenient. There were girls standing on stands showing their dresses in the middle of the store because of the people they brought with them and that to me was really awkward, especially if you're trying on a dress that is not your size and doesn't close all the way in the back, I really wouldn't want my tush sh... read more
great selection and helpful staff I also drove down from LA to costa mesa to look for my wedding gown. I had been to many shops already and hadn't found "the gown". The salesgirl was so helpful - all i really had to do was tell her what i liked and didn't like. She brought me several gowns to try on - I didn't have to browse through racks after racks trying to envision the gown on me. Her selections were right on the dot - exactly what i was looking for. Rude Sales People! Lousy Service - Don't waste YOUR time here! I would not recommend Mon Amie! The lady at the front (store manager) was not very nice, in fact she was VERY RUDE! I felt like I was not welcome and that they did not want to help me. Seems like they were in it for the sale only - forgetting the most important part where they provide you with customer service. Mon Amie Bridal Salon has terrible alterations service Don't use their alterations service!! Nice customer service but I do not recommend getting alterations at this salon. Very last minute and too many dresses flow through this shop for them to pay attention to details. They did not finish my bustle which was only discovered at my reception!

Please save yourself the heartache I went to Mon Amie because their selection is incredible and they carry plus sized dresses to try on which I could not find at any of the 6 other stores I went to. My first experience was actually very nice. Heidi, my sales person, was very sweet and helpful, not pushy at all. I feel in love with a dress and searched high and low to find it somewhere else.
