Very disappointing experience Our experience has been very disappointing. They were nice enough before we purchased a wedding dress with a total price tag (after they add and add and add to the price tag) of over $4,000. I thought that would entitle us to reasonably good customer service, such as a return call, or perhaps even a fabric sample. Wrong. Don't expect an apology when they don't do what they say they will do. Postal employees are more eager to please!
Great service! Great service! The consultant was wonderful. She was so nice and helpful. I loved the dresses and think I found the right onw but want to take a little time to think. Almost definitely coming back! Thank you!
Great experience Our experience at Mon Amie was fantastic! I came to the store with an open mind but not really expecting to buy. Vicky was amazing and made it very easy to pick the dress of my dreams. She was patient and very knowledgeable.

HAPPY WITH MY DRESS!!!!!! Its really sad to see so many bad reviews. My salesperson was awesome. She stayed within my budget and was very knowledgeable. She was just awesome and she even convinced the manager to knock off more than $200 from the price tag. Let me give those of you contemplating this store a recommendation go with Natalie. Not once did I feel rushed or talked down to. I bought my dress I bought my dress at Mon Amie a little more than a month ago while visiting my sister, who had also bought her dress here as well. My consultant, Susan G., was very helpful and patient while I was choosing my dresses and trying them on. I definitely felt comfortable working with her and would recommend Mon Amie salon to everyone!
I went here I went here with my daughter and they found the perfect gown for her. She was very pleased with her consultant and loved that they had a large dressing room for her. The store was very comfortable and everyone was very helpful. I would highly recommend this store.
