Very disappointing experience Our experience has been very disappointing. They were nice enough before we purchased a wedding dress with a total price tag (after they add and add and add to the price tag) of over $4,000. I thought that would entitle us to reasonably good customer service, such as a return call, or perhaps even a fabric sample. Wrong. Don't expect an apology when they don't do what they say they will do. Postal employees are more eager to please!

Mother of the Bride to be It did not start off well as both my daughter and I were hoping to get an appointment for Saturday which no appointment was available. We were able to get an appointment for Friday early afternoon. The receptionist was nice and the consultant was extremely friendly, personable and VERY HELPFUL. She continued to bring in dresses that not only fit my daughter's style, but also her price range. Awesome Vicki was awesome, super sweet, and easy to work with. She helped me stay in budget and I didn't feel prssured either which was a concern when I had to go shopping. But this was easy peasy and Vicki made the experience wonderful. When my friends get married I am telling them to come here first.
Excellent Stella went above and beyond on my wedding dress! Can't be any more pleased with the final product. She put so much time as well as pride in my dress. It came out better than I expected. She does top, top, top quality work and it shows in my dress. Excellent work Stella!

HAPPY WITH MY DRESS!!!!!! Its really sad to see so many bad reviews. My salesperson was awesome. She stayed within my budget and was very knowledgeable. She was just awesome and she even convinced the manager to knock off more than $200 from the price tag. Let me give those of you contemplating this store a recommendation go with Natalie.
