I am not a person who does fb reviews. Never even thought of writing a negative one. Took family there for graduation meal. Portions were SMALL. Food was COLD. Waited over 1.5 hours for meal. Met the owner. She was unapologetic and rude. Did not reduce meal cost, offer an app, offer a drink, nothing to ease the wait. Would not recommend. Will not go again.
The outdoor dining was a good choice since inside the music was so loud it roof shook. It looked so lovely and charming from the outside but the affect of the beautiful rooms was lost to the screech. The menu was great and the assortment of appetizers was a delight - our group of four sampled many of them! Lobster bisque - best I’ve had and I’m from Oregon!
We went to buffet on Sat, May 26th. Had to wait at least a half hour for table (we arrived about 430pm with party of four) when there were at least 6 round tables and 4 long tables open. Crab legs were awesome as usual but I think the selections of other things have decreased, especially on dessert bar. On a non crowded Thursday it took almost 2 hours to get our food. Staff was rude and the place was noisy. Way over priced for what is received. I don't know what others think but when you order chicken parmesan for $18.00 and receive a small piece of chicken with a couple of pieces of asparagus, very disappointing.
They raised their price by $20 a head for a seafood buffet that was awful, the even the desserts were frozen not fresh!! $60 a person for this Never Again. They moved the buffet to the end of the building and made it very inconvenient to get to if you wanted to sit in the chalet and take in the view. Waitress forgot to bring our sangria and this is a winery.
I just had the worst dining experience of my life at Mon Ami. I have never walked out of a restaurant before receiving my meal but I did tonight. One hour after ordering we had still not received our meals. The excuse was " we are understaffed". They seem to stock the overpriced seafood buffet but if you order from the menu forget about quality service. I will NEVER go back.
