Slow kitchen service. Under staffed. Over an hour to get food.
Whenever I was in the Port Clinton area we always made it a point to go to Mon Ami. Special occasions meant a Saturday night trip to the seafood buffet. We stopped for our wedding anniversary recently. We were very disappointed in the quality of the buffet. The seafood selection was poor and it was obvious the quality of the food has been downgraded. We will eat somewhere else in the future. The price didn’t bother me until we saw the changes.

Loved this place. Food was awesome! Our bartender Jessica was the best! And the hostess that was working on June 21st deserves a raise. She had some serious patience.
They can't keep good help there they have a serious management problem!!
As usual, the food was delicious. However, my husband and I will not be returning. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and my husband went to change her at the end of our meal. We were shocked to find out that they do not have a changing table in either restroom. My husband spoke to the manager who then took him upstairs. She showed him to another bathroom and told him there was a table in it that he could use. The table was maybe eight inches wide. So disappointed. Huge price increase, bad set up. Most of the regular servers must have left; it took us 20 minutes and 2 requests to get a glass of water. Ran out of crab and had to wait for more. I must not be the only person not going back since our usual wait of 1 hour plus turned into an almost empty dining room.
