Chris in the service department is the man! He is always about making the customer happy an always going the extra mile to make your visit perfect.
2 Terrible experiences with the service department with my 2014 chieftain. Waiting a month to get in and then them having the bike for 3 days for a 5 hour job. Having to go there 3 times from the cape before finally taking it home. I have spent over $4000.00 in accessories and don’t feel the costumer is appreciated. Total opposite from Cape Cod Harley and opposite from Springfield Indian!! Terrible experience with Chris in sales last year, so bad that my next purchase will be in Springfield or back to cape cod Harley.
Just bought my 2013 Victory Cross Country from Jennifer and my girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier, friendly sales staff and service staff, great atmosphere, would definitely recommend for a first time buyer or a long time rider

We were greeted by a friendly energetic woman who paired us up with salesman Josh Krzyzek. Josh was very patient and very informative and showed my wife several bikes until we found the perfect fit....Victory Octane. She took the bike for a ride and fell in love.
