Jennifer in sales is awesome— Service is horrendous. We’ve brought our bike in several times with a bad experience each time. They’ve had our bike now for over two weeks with no fix, no updates without us calling daily, no sense of urgency to get the part we need, etc. So frustrating and discouraging— we are heading to Americade in NY Wednesday morning and don’t know if we’ll have our bike. Looking for another place to have our Indian serviced in the future.
