From Salesman to Management to technician to service knowledge, these guys are honest, they give their opinion if you want it, but always go the extra mile, purchasing my Indian from Mike with the help of Tony, has allowed me to be introduced to two of the best guys I know. Both have always taken care of me and have stood behind what they have sold. The Repair/Service shop supports these guys and are excellent, and having Spider wash the bike is like whipped cream on a sundae.... Thanks again guys

Absolutely wonderful buying experience. Victoria in Indian parts is a gem. Service was bumpy at first, awesome people, but lots of phone confusion. but major steps seem to being made. I am happy with the direction. I just had some Dean Speed mini ape hangers installed on my Indian Scout. I am very happy with the installation.

moms went overboard to please customer. Battery died new bike that was 2 weeks past 30 day battery warranty. Moms picked up bike roadside and replaced with new battery at no cost. As a growing dealership it has some growing pains, and some communications issues. They will do their best however to satisfy a customer. Kudos to Anthony and service for how problem resolved.
