I've had great experience with the guys in parts, but service can be tough and I had a miserable experience with sales. I had talked to a sales guy, and we agreed I would come in to test drive a couple bikes before buying. When I showed up, I was denied the chance to test drive any bikes because I only recently got my motorcycle license (though I have decades of off road motorcycle experience). Thanks for your feedback John! Rider safety is our top priority, and our location on Rt1 can be challenging for all riders. Due to the fact we are on a busy road with people doing 60 mph, our insurance company recommends that all people who test ride motorcycles have their license and some riding experience riding on the road. Mom's of Manchester is the ultimate place to go for an Indian!! We purchased a Chieftain Dark horse almost 2 years ago. They were wonderful. Plenty of knowledge and friendly!! Their customer service is amazing!! Vic, Mike and Stephen are unbelievable!! They treat everyone who comes in like family!!
