When I first moved to the area from the east coast I initially went to Toyota in Vacaville and had a horrible experience. Bought a certified pre-owned Toyota with prior undisclosed frame/undercarriage damage. Now I'm paying for a vehicle every month that I'm not sure is going to protect my son and I in the case of an accident. What a let down. I have contacted momentum about this and other issues only to have them take their time to get back to me... meanwhile I'm having an anxiety attack everytime I drive. I wish you were more concerned with your customers and ethical business practices, Momentum!

We spent over 5 hours there looking at cars and negotiating with their salesman Dillon. They offered us WELL below KBB value on our trade in so we decided to keep it and offer a down payment instead. The salesman disappeared and never came back. They sent another junior salesman to talk with us about a $700 monthly payment on a USED car, would not tell us the terms, the sale price or let us talk to the salesman, the sales manager or the owner.
