A very pleasant and smooth car buying experience!
I have been getting my car serviced here for two years now and have and continue to get excellent service. I especially like the fact that I am able to bring my car in, wait for the service to be completed and the wait time has never been over an hour.
There was a miss understanding about what the Kia repair guys said was wrong with my car. I gave them a very bad review. They invited me back to explain everything to me. They were so nice (and RIGHT) about explaining the repairs needed, I'm sorry I gave them a bad review. I'm taking my Kia Soul back for the needed repairs! (I did get an estimate at another auto shop, but Momentum Kia was cheaper!)
Last month I went to Momentum Kia in Vallejo to look at a used car to buy that I saw on their website. There was a little confusion with the car but Robert (manager), John and Trey all were very nice and helpful. I went to buy a used car and ended up leasing a brand new car, thank you so much Robert for bending over backwards and making this happen for me. Thank you John and Trey for all of your help too. I will not hesitate to recommend Momentum Kia Vallejo. Thanks again!!
