Worst experience of my life. I had a recall on my engine- took it there and they provided me with a hertz rental. Long story short- i was charged $650 for the rental and had to call corporate to get my money back. I’ve been emailing the service manager DICK Eck & the General Manager to send my receipt showing the engine was replaced and they won’t. After doing all of this for two months they finally sent me a check to reimburse me for what hertz charged and then today I got a bill from Hertz for $875!!! I want my receipt and... read more
