I was absolutely nervous, but I don’t know for what though!! I had such a great time. I think I made some forever friends and I feel so good and confident about myself. I just needed to go so glad that I did. The moment I walked in I felt accepted and celebrated. You deserve to feel this too!

It was awesome! I learned some cool upside-down thing and a spun around on the silk ribbons. It was a bit complicated but easy to get the hang of!
Great studio! Just finished Pop Pilates and Loved it! Well balanced warm up workout into stretches. Jessica gave thorough explanations of technique and modified workouts for all levels. I’m glad the Valley has a studio to visit when I’m in town!
