I love it here! Everyone is so accepting and inviting! No cliques, no drama! Just getting in and throwing the weights around and making friends!
Came in from out of town and was looking for a worthy place to get my sweat on. Found this place and loved it. Great staff, great facility and great community who goes there. When back in town I am hitting it up again.
Awesome place. Awesome owner. Great energy. You can add this to the list of excellent crossfit facilities. Open to all abilities. No pressure. Only wish I had this near me in FL!

Not all CrossFit boxes are created the same. As in business or family, the leadership is key to function well. At MLCF, the owners and coaches are like family and are passionate about what they do. I'm not a member but I drop in from time to time and NEVER regret it. They would be my CrossFit home if I lived closer.
