Hard work gets done here...excellent facility with a great staff.
We visited family in Oh and it was nice to find a Box close to where we stayed. Our experience was amazing. Everyone made us feel welcome, very friendly atmosphere, the coaches are amazing and we will definitely be working out there every time we visit OH. I love my CrossFit gym in MI but is nice to have a second home gym.
Mark is a great guy. He will take excellent care of anyone in his gym!!

If you are one who wants to be fit, healthy, and think more positive about yourself, this is your type of gym, or what we like to call it, the box.
To be brief, I will simply say this. I am not from Ohio and I was very out of shape when I decided to walk into Molon Labe one day. I came to get fit, well I improved that aspect of my life, but I have also filled up my Ohio Family. Not to many places want you to enjoy the workout as much as the people, but we do. Oh by the way, I also achieve several personal records since joining this crew. I challenge anyone to do it for 90 days. You will see results. Come join the family. see you at the wod.
