Molon Labe Crossit has changed my life. The owners and the coaches are amazing. I think alot of people think of the word crossfit and think theres no way I could do that. Im here to tell you that Yes you can! I strated about 6 weeks ago and I have lost 26 pounds! Im eating right and working out at least 3 times a week and I love it! If you want to change your life and have a wonderful support team then you must come here!
