Amazing community for all fitness levels!
I have been attending Molon Labe for approximately two months and I already absolutely love the place. The community is great, very supportive and a broad range of fitness levels. Crossfit can be intimidating, and it certainly is challenging, but all are encouraged to complete the workouts at their level. The owners and coaches are excellent.
