Easy The whole process is just easy. Every other Monday, the same great people show up and do the same great job they always do. I love the reminder call. I just leave the front door unlocked, they clean. I come home from work and it's all done. Love walking into a clean house.

2 years with Molly Maids – We've used Molly Maids for almost two years now twice a month and once to prepare for a gathering at our home. While from time time something may be overlooked, it's always something minor. I've used about 5-6 different cleaning companies, both franchised and "mom & pop," over the years and they are by far the most consistent and detail-oriented. Terrible customer service!!! 2 cleanings and still not happy – Did not call ahead and set off my alarm (always fun to deal with at work), did not use the cleaning supplies I requested/provided, failed to do many items on the list including simple dusting, came back to reclean and missed the same things and did not call the second time either. Total waste of our money, worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Aviod their carpet cleaning service like the plague! – Molly Maids have cleaned for us on numerous occasions. Like the previous review their work has not been consistant. The last time they cleaned for us we were offered their carpet cleaning service. We have had steem cleaners in the past. (which we did not like) We told them we used chemdry which although was more expensive than the steem cleaners we used did get up the stains. They assured us they were better. The price was 544.50. not consistent – Molly Maid has been cleaning our house for several years. At first we had to iron out a few kinks and then everything was okay. But for the past 18 months, they have changed out several crews and the work is inconsistent. Some visits they don't even mop the floors, while for others, the floors are done but the counters are not wiped down.
