Easy The whole process is just easy. Every other Monday, the same great people show up and do the same great job they always do. I love the reminder call. I just leave the front door unlocked, they clean. I come home from work and it's all done. Love walking into a clean house.
Complete waste of time and money. We contracted for cleaning as we listed our home for sale following renters moving out. They were late and did not complete the job. They even went as far as removing a shelf from the fridge and hiding it under the sink rather than clean it. We immediately called to provide feedback within the 24 hour satisfaction period. RecommendedMindy and Kelly from Molly Maid have been cleaning my home for quite a while. They are industrious, organized, committed and entertaining. I enjoy them AND the job they do for me. They have a system to ensure my home is much better than they find it. And I do appreciate it. As you can guess, this team is much in demand. I am lucky to have them clean my house!

Got to give a shout out to Molly Maid. Got home tonight and found a note on the kitchen counter. They wrote that they were sorry for any problems, but they couldn't change the sheets because but the cat has obviously had surgery, was laying on the bed, and they were afraid to move him because they might hurt him. They made the right call, and I'm glad they have my kitties' best interest in mind.
