Had Molly Maids for over 10 years, got a letter in the mail ending service saying we (my husband and I) could be put on a waiting list. That’s how you treat a customer of over 10 years??? No phone call, just end service, due to low staffing with a letter in the mail and offer to be put on their waiting list!!!!!! Crazy!!!!!Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!

RecommendedToday, I used Molly Maid. And I LOVED IT!!! I’m a working single mom and college student. Ever since I had my son 9 months ago, I have been overwhelmed with everything on my plate and having a dirty home didn’t help. Tonight, I came home from a stressful day at work and they did creditably amazing job. My home was so clean that I honestly felt like weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
