Worst cleaning job ever, and my house was empty. I had to have ask a different cleaning crew to be sent out to clean the missed areas. They also broke a set of blinds in my living room. Since it was the strings that “could wear down over time”, they wouldn’t acknowledge they broke them and refused to repair them. I am extremely disappointed in this company and DO NOT RECOMMEND them!

I scheduled service and asked for insurance policy. When I had a follow up question to policy coverage asking if the policy covered damaged items they canceled my appointment.

I don’t leave reviews - ever. Good or bad. But the actions, or better described as inactions, taken by the College Station Molly Maids must be brought to light. If you decide to run a business, and behave in an unprofessional manner, expect consequences. Unprofessional Act 1: My family member was scheduled to have her home cleaned on Thursday. Unprofessional management. Instructed crew to walk off of job without notice, then cancelled and no-showed for another job the next day, again without notice. I almost never post negative reviews, but this was pretty egregious and the timing was really bad. We will not use them again and recommend that you don’t either.
Unprofessional! Yesterday, they left the house 3 hours early, didn’t finish cleaning, left the toilets stopped up, and didn’t tell me they were leaving. Canceled a job at my daughter’s house today without telling anyone. AVOID MOLLY MAIDS OF BCS!!!
